Features

It can be made according to different wall thickness, especially suitable for 50~100mm thick color steel plate, double window, hollow type and moisture-proof type.
Performance
Sound insulation: to meet people's needs for lighting, viewing, decoration, and environmental protection. Generally, insulating glass can reduce noise by about 30 decibels, and insulating glass filled with inert gas can be reduced by about 5 decibels on the original basis. The noise of 80 decibels is reduced to 45 decibels, which is extremely quiet.
It has good heat preservation and heat insulation performance: the k value of the heat conduction system is 5.75kcal/mh c for a single piece of 6mm glass, and 1.4-2.9kcal/mh c for general hollow glass. for hollow glass filled with argon and sulfur fluoride gas, the k value can be reduced to 1.19kcal/mh c, argon is mainly used to reduce the k value of heat conduction, and sulfur difluoride gas is mainly used to reduce the dB value of noise, the two gases can be used alone or mixed in a certain proportion.
Anti-frosting: In the winter environment with a large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor, single-layer glass doors and windows will appear frosting phenomenon, and the use of hollow glass is no frosting phenomenon.
