1: Find out the correct installation position of the steel door and confirm it.

3: Place the steel door near the preset position, and remove the door leaf of the explosion-proof door from the door frame. The specific operation method of this step is generally to first place the steel door body flat on the ground support frame, so that the door leaf is in a horizontal open state, and then use a cross or other tools to unscrew the hinge screw on the side of the explosion-proof door frame, and then completely remove the door leaf from the door frame. In this process, the knock on the door leaf should be avoided to maintain the integrity of the explosion-proof door.
4: Mark the position on the pre-installed steel door, especially measure the height of the fixing bolt hole, and determine the reference height of the door frame installation. In addition, the opening direction of the steel door should be determined, the installation position line of the steel door at the positioning position should be measured, and the corresponding mark should be made at the same time. The fixed position line of the expansion bolt can be drawn on the side of the door frame.
5: Install the steel door, help drill the expansion bolt hole in the roadway, and put the bolt into the hole to fix the door frame and ensure the quality of the wall on the door frame. After the wall is installed, according to the installation position line and height reference line, the door frame is preliminarily fixed with a pair of wooden wedges, and the verticality of the front side of the door frame is measured and adjusted by the hanging wire drop method. The height direction deviation is not less than 3mm, and the length difference of the diagonal of the door frame is measured with a steel tape, and adjusted to not less than 3mm. After the door frame is installed, it should be horizontal, flat and vertical, and at the same time, it should be welded firmly.
6: After fixing the door frame, take out the wooden wedge, pour 1:3 cement mortar from the opening above the door frame, and tap the door frame with a rubber hammer to make it full of perfusion.
7: After the cement mortar around the door frame is solidified and dry, install the door leaf on the door frame to complete the installation.
8: acceptance and confirmation of steel door installation quality. After the steel door is installed, attention should be paid to acceptance to ensure the overall installation quality of the steel door and the integrity of the steel door function.
